Try some yoga poses. You can find hundreds all over the web.
sit in frog( your legs half bent in a diamend position) and hold just above your ankles and try and touch your head to your toes. Then sit in frog again but put 1 leg over so your opposite foot touches your legand twist as far as you can round.
