Does anyone know the % of people out there that make up the criminals and the % that go by the law?
i dont care about speeding tickets, im talking about violent crime, robbery and theft etc… who cares about downloading shit or speeding…

that really all depends on what your criteria is. you do know that speeding is breaking the law right? Or pirating music and software is also against the law, so if you include all the people that have ever violate any law then “the % that go by the law” is pretty small number
