I would suggest a birth control pill which is taken daily, a patch which is applied monthly or the birth control injection (‘Depo shot’) which lasts for one year. These are the most reliable forms of contraception.
You can’t control it. She has to if she does not want that. The only solution if she does not want to take other birth control methods is foe you to “tie ur tubes”…lol and the big question is are you willing to do that? This is something you both should sit down and discuss.
