Jennifer: If you’ve just eaten and are full, but will eat again soon, how is best way to make food “go down” faster?
I’m going out for pizza later for special treat, but just ate a little snack because I was so hungary after work! I feel full now!!! But I have plans for later,
how is a good way to digest this food fast and burn up the energy, so I don’t ruin my nice evening by not eating with everyone else?

To be honest, there’s not much you can do. Your body needs to digest it at its own pace. Certain vitamins and supplements can improve digestive transit, but they wouldn’t make any noticeable difference between now and when you go for pizza.
Try and make a bowel movement if you can, that should “free up some space” so to speak. Otherwise just go easy on the pizza when you go out.

smaller meals more times a day. 5 meals instead of 3. this will increase your metabolism
