sandy: Will semen flow out after intercourse and affect my chances of getting pregnant?
Me and my husband are planning for a baby and after an intercourse lastnite i felt lot of fluid came out. Even after waking up in the morning I have been feeling wet and like something is still coming out. Does this mean all the sperm has come out and there is no chance i can get pregnant this time? Is it possible that atleast some of the sperm has gone inside?

It is normal for the semen to come out (nowhere else for it to go). However, what you want to do is make sure that you give it enough time (20 mins or so) for the semen to stay inside so that the good sperms can separate from the semen within that timeframe, and start swimming in the right direction. So, in our case, yes, you still have a chance – all it takes is one healthy sperm that got lucky. Next time, you can try different positions such that semen stays in longer and maybe elevate your legs/hips as well.
Good luck.

Try elevating your legs and vagina after intercourse, so as to slow the flow of semen out of your vagina. If you can put your legs behind your head (not everyone can), I would suggest doing this for 10 or 15 minutes to minimize chances of leaking. Like some people have already said, it only takes one sperm to make a baby! Hope that one finds you real fast!
Buona Fortuna!
