lil sexay mama xoxo: Will losing 5-10 pounds make my butt flat? Will it affect breast growth?
Hey everybody so i’m 15 and i’m around 5’2 and 120 pounds. I would like to lose about 10 pounds…I’m trying to be around 110 pounds or 115, it depends what i’m happy with but anyway i’m kind of scared because i am chubby in the hip area, i have wide hips and i don’t have that big of a butt. It looks flat compared to my hips and i’m scared that if i lose weight my butt will get really small and be completely flat so i’m wondering if theres anything i can do to prevent this from happening? And also i’m not doing any type of exercise to lose weight, all i am doing is cutting out junk food and desserts and i’m going for a walk 5 to 7 days a week for 1 hour every night… That’s it…Any suggestions for my butt problem?
Also does losing weight at my age make my breast not grow? I have NO breast at all…I am COMPLETELY flat chested, no joke…I can’t even say i have “small breast” because i just don’t have any at all….Even a bra size A is WAY to big for me….It seems really weird because i am chubby so i should have at least small breast..but i don’t… 🙁
Thanks for the help!

Don’t worry about your breast. Everyone’s different… They’ll grow soon.:)
If you’re just cutting off junk food and sweets and things like that, and also exercising that should be a healthy weight loss, so it won’t affect your breast growth. On the other side if you go on a diet, that will deffinetely affect your growth generaly! About 80% of women hormons are made in the fat cells so when you go on a diet your glands stop producing hormons so you stop growing.
Your butt should get a more rounded shape if you exercise your legs, so jogging really helps the weight problem as your butt problem.:) Also, the fat that goes first is the tummy fat, so that should disappear before your butt shrinks, which won’t happen unless you’re on a diet.
I hope I helped you.
You should throw in some squats. It’s not hard, just do about 10 every hour and they will add up.Answer by sheila26
I reckon that if you lose weight, your hip measurement will shrink a little and so your butt might look bigger. Afraid you’ll not know the true answer until you’ve tried it. I lost twenty pounds and the inches came off my upper arms, my waist and my thighs.
As for your bust, in my experience NO ONE is ever happy with their bust size. If they want to grow, they will, or not. I have one daughter who’s a DD cup and one who’s an A!
Apart from plastic surgery (not at your age) there is no way of altering what is a genetically-determined bust size. Even if you got really fat, your bust might not grow. Make the most of what you have, and don’t waste your precious life worrying about things that are hard to change
