james m: Will computer engineers in the philippines be able to have a licensure exam?
Im a computer engineering student but i am planning to shift to other programs if computer engineering will not have a licensure/board exam.. i want to be a registered computer engineer!

I cannot speak for the philippines, but in the United States, there is no license for any of the above. It is an experience driven industry which changes very fast.
