Henri: Will a scammer register his website without protecting his identity?
previously I checked some websites that have scammed me on whois.domaintools, but the website owner usually don’t reveal their real identity.

now before I have a deal with this guy, I check his website’s whois and I found that he doesn’t protect his identity, i.e. I know who he is, real name, and address and which other websites he owns. Could this guy a scammer?
