There’s this guy who is running a scam at the dept store i work at. Who can i contact to get rid of him? I tried managers and security at the store, but they can’t do anything about it.

the police. And what kinda store do you work at that has managers who know something like that is happening, and won’t do anything about it? Needs new managers!

You could call the police, but in the end, it is a crime against the store. If the managers and security of the store don’t want to do anything about it, neither can the police.

Besides, what store would keep managers and security staff who know the store is getting ripped off but do nothing about it? Something doesn’t add up here.
