Hmm.. could you have cut it on something? And it’s just dried blood scab? If not, I’d go to the doctor.. it may be an STD of some sort. Get it looked at, seriously.

did you have any injury there? then it’s just a scab, but that’s weird–it’s diffulcult for scabs to form there as it’s a moist, humid environment! Is it actually a sore or an open break in the skin? Is it painful?

sounds like Cooties !

Could be a sign of a really serious problem. Gonnarea, herpes, or some such stuff. You need medical opinion.

I think you need to book an appointment right away to see a doctor. you can’t leave things like that in such a delicate area.
