Adam P: What’s the difference between a male orgasm and a female orgasm?
Do they feel the same? Do females have a longer orgasm? Is it true that females can also ejaculate? If so, where does it come from?

Many have wondered this. I believe they are the same, with all the people on earth, probably everyones headache, toothache, tickle, touch, taste, smell, laugh, and thought processes are very very similar to each other, likewise their orgasmic response. However, I have noted that some women have one big orgasm per session like a guy, and other women have a number of smaller orgasms per session.Answer by joggoBonito
Women are extremely complicated sexually. During orgasm, the vagina, lengthens. The inner 2/3 widens and rises. The entire pelvic area engorges. The clit engorges, The labia flattens and opens, the outer vagina, the anus, the uterus and the pelvic floor goes into a muscular spasm. Muscle in the body stiffens. Many brain functions shutdown. Hormones are induced. Some women smile, others frown as if in pain, some scream, others are quiet. Some shake, some don’t. Sometimes a lot of fluid is sprayed out of the vagina.
For men, its simple. The orgasm and ejaculation are two separate process paired as one. Most of the orgasmic sensation is centered on the penile head. Tension is released.
The above is all from what I know so far. There could be more.
