Cloudtail/Brightheart: Who agrees that a little piece of literature can have a big affect on our society?
We all have our passions (duh, like you didn’t know that already.) One example I can refer to is Oliver Twist, a book (there may have been a few other books) that inspired America to cease child labor. I was planning on writing an unfortunate but romantic love story about two lesbians. I really do think that literature is something some of us take for granted but is extremely important.

I agree wholeheartedly. Look how much Mein Kampf affected the Third Reich. The diary of Anne Frank also had a big impact in society, too. That’s an understatement.
