Where would I be able to start a program for children/teens of incarcerated parents?

Nyssa: Where would I be able to start a program for children/teens of incarcerated parents?
I would really like to start a program for children/teens of incarcerated parents, but I need help. Would the YMCA allow me to start a program through them? Does anyone have any other idea where I could start one? I was thinking of my local teen center but I can’t think of anything else. Any help?

Thank you for your answer. My town has a very high population of inmate families. I would only like to start a small group.

,Nyssa this would be very difficult,As these families are spread over a very wide area.The prisoners maybe together but their children come from every state of the union
