If they’re the same sex, that’s illegal.
If one or both is married to different people, that’s illegal.
If one is enlisted and the other is an officer, that’s illegal.
Why thumbs-down me? My answers are drawn from statute. Skye Baby, your flaming ignorance of military law is apparent. The Uniform Code of Military Justice criminalizes sodomy (heterosexual and homosexual; see 10 U.S.C. 925, also known as Article 125) and adultery (see 10 U.S.C. 934 and the Manual for Courts-Martial). Homosexual orientation isn’t prohibited; merely homosexual conduct.
I didn’t say I endorsed the law, I just answered the question.

I guess it depends on when & where they were doing it. I mean, my boss would fire me if he walked in & found me sleeping with a co-worker on the reception desk!
Seriously though, a lot of work places have guidelines about dating co-workers & frown on it as it can reduce productivity. Also, if the relationship does not work out it can be uncomfortable & messy.
Oh, & BILL, since when is homosexuality & adultery illegal???

When it gets in the way of doing their jobs. When I was in Kuwait, two people in my company spent much of the time messing around. The woman did nothing for the last four months there, except getting pregnant.Answer by robert43041
It always depends on the situation (enlisted, officer..) the setting, who witnessed (oh, so shocking), tons of factors. But certainly there is nothing wrong with it in the privacy of your bedroom.
