i like this song! I think it’s Fall in love… not fallin love. hmmm… makes me wonder too…
The Japanese usually insert english lines that don’t make sense. hhahahah. Mebbe it’s just for show.

or it could mean like saying goodbye to relationships that don’t last, or a falling love life
