Joe J: What’s the difference between a clitoris and penis?
I can’t tell, I am in a relationship and I have started playing with my girlfriends clitoris but I am not sure whether it is a sex changed penis or an actual vulva clitoris. What is the difference, my gf sort of looks like a guy not really but a little; what should I do?
I am afraid my girlfriend might actually be a guy.

The clitoris is what grows into a penis when a embryo becomes male. Some women who have more testosterone sometimes have a large clitoris.Answer by livewire9

There is not much difference between a vaginoplasty, the surgical construction of a vagina through skin inversion of the penis, and a vagina. Cosmetically, they look similar, which is the point of sexual reassignment surgery.
If your girlfriend is a transsexual, that doesn’t mean there is something to be afraid of, but she will likely still be taking hormone pills from her doctor
