How deeply is sexual orientation discussed in a college Human Sexuality course?

Kristin: How deeply is sexual orientation discussed in a college Human Sexuality course?
I understand that the class is the study of sexual behavior. Is sexual orientation talked about a lot in this class or is it simply mentioned?

it really depends on several variables, but you can expect it to be integrated into the curriculum, roughly 25% of the class. Hope this helps

You don’t have to state yours and it is discussed to an extent. I would say in the middle more than mentioned but not talked about alot.

You will need to read the syllabus which should be handed out at the first class. It may be discussed every day or not at all.

Depends on the university, the professor, and the level of course. I have taken those courses before, and sexual orientation has been discussed over a couple lectures, but nothing substantial was spent on it. If I remember correctly, sexual orientation was discussed as the topic of identity was approached.
