Asian, Tofu, it melted.
Better depends for what purpose. East Asian food is better for your health, than American fast-food is. But American fast-food might taste better, depending on what kind of taste you like.Answer by Camilla Joel

Asian, any time, any place. I make it at home constantly.Answer by John D
East Asian food for sure. How can you beat spicy Korean food or fresh full of flavour Japanese food.

I prefer both , BUT neither are good for you health wise as American fast food is either deep fried or is served in X-Large portions AND Asian food uses a lot of soy sauce and other types of sauces that contain a large amount of salt.Answer by Sam Franklin

I am Japanese, and I know our food is better in both taste and nutrition than American fast food. McDonald’s food is inedible to me.Answer by Lisha
Personally I prefer American fast food–not franchised, but a good mom-and-pop place with regional specialties like New York pizza, Philly cheesesteak, Southern-fried chicken, New Orleans oyster po’ boy etc.
There’s no way I would choose any smelly, fishy Korean or Japanese food or pork-ridden Chinese over a well-made cheesesteak, burger, or pizza with fresh toppings.
If you’re talking Chinese-American (General Tso’s) then we’re getting somewhere.
