Well, one of my favorite fast food restauraunts is Taco Bell (and believe it or not, it’s also one of the healthiest!). What I love eating there is the 7-Layer Burrito because it’s extremely healthy and there’s no fattening meat! It has tomatoes, lettuce, rice, cheese, beans, guacomole, and sour cream,. And trust me, it is DELICIOUS!

be aware that the salads at the places are extremley high in fat with the dressing chesses. my sister has a book called the calorie king that lists all the nutrients in restaurant try that book youd be amazad how much unhealthy food is in there that does appear 2 b healthy.Answer by MR.andMRS.Jackson
um salads are filled with sugar becuase of the way it is processed. i usually get a grilled ranch chicken snack wrap with a tea for mcd’s. also if im really hungry i might get two.

My first impulse was to say water.
Since generally you want to avoid saturated and trans fats, salt, and refined sugars, stay away from deep fried foods, most of the red meats, and most of the desserts. Look for grilled chicken or fish with herbed or low fat sauces. Look for things using yogurt rather than sour cream. Look for fresh raw or steamed veggies. Ask for salads with the dressing on the side.
