What would be good to double major with economics?

I want to major in economics, but have a lot of space for lots of other classes for a double major. So what should I double major in that would work well with economics?

Would Political Science, Mathematics, a foreign language, the sciences (biology, chemistry, physics, etc), be good to double major with economics?

I would go with either finance or investment banking, there is a huge demand for both those majors, put them together and you’ll be head hunted by employers like crazy. Plus the majors go hand in hand on many of the classes, so you’ll have a deeper understanding of both in the end.
