RGymnastics: What should I use to practice gymnastics at home without a gymnastics mat?
i want to practice my gymnastics at home but i can’t buy a gymnastics mat cause they don’t sell it in my country and i can’t buy online. so i choose to practice with something else.something soft so when i fall i don’t get hurt. please help me..thank you very much
