Scott C: What section of the healthcare bill protects children from preexisting condition exclusion?
I know that everyone will be protected from preexisting condition exclusions, in the new healthcare bill, beginning in 2014. However, children begin protection immediately.
My friends refuse to believe children gain immediate protection without reading it themselves.
What section in the healthcare bill says that children are immediately protected?

The bill was just signed into law and some of it still is not finalized. It probably is not published yet and will not be for a couple of weeks minimum.
