Pick me!: What makeup colors can I wear to accentuate the colors on my dress?
My dress has a black and white pattern with a lime green sash .
I’m wearing black shoes and a black cardigan with it, so i kind of want to bring out the green. What makeup colors (eyeshadow, eye liner, blush, etc.) should I wear with it to accentuate the green? Btw, my eyes are brown and I have olive toned skin. I don’t want anything too too outrageous/clown looking lol .
Thanks everyone!

well if warmer (earth) tones look good on u they will bring out the green, u know this by holding up something of a warm shade to ur eye and checking for white or gold flecks, if u don’t see them that means that u can pull off cool colors such as purples or blues or even greens. to test this find a cooler color and hold it to ur eye as u did the warm color…and look for the specks of white or gold. either warm or cool shades will bring out the green depending on which tone gives u the specks. hope this helps!
I would do black eye liner on top and bottom. and then buy a sparkly light green eyeliner (can buy at walmart/target/shopko) to put along the top over the black. then take a light pink color for your eye shadow – no need to go with green. pink for the blush and black mascara. i think it would look some what natural but the sparkly green will bring out the green in your dress
