black eyeliner and mascara, prolly a soft pencil, and looks like a light pink lip plumper lip gloss. hope i helped!

ok she did a dark brown pencil all around the eye
curl your eyelashes for a few seconds and 2 coats of black mascara
powder foundation a little around face
pale pink lip stick

use black eye liner and mascara but sweety go for ur own look be ariganal

You take black eye liner (soft pencil will work best) and put it on really thick then you take the squshy thing at the end of the eyeliner and kinda smear it.
Before you do this though it looks like she took brown (not light brown are dark brown just brown) eye shadow then put it at the very bottom (i do this to) then take a lighter shade and put it on the actual lid and mix it so it goes from dark to light. Then take and even lighter shade (works best with skin colors) and put it above the lid but keep it under the eyebrow and have it go thick from bottom and thinner as you go up.

black eyeliner on top and below eyes, light black eyeshadow, a touch of powder to entire face, and a lip gloss. oh make sure you use a brush to put on the eyeshadow it looks better that way…oh and mascara.

and okay this is wht id do:
if u have any pimples, wash off ur face then put some moisturizer on them and then let it dry for a couple of minutes or until dry (not too dry)
then take some oil free liquid concealer and cover those babies up!

then get some powder concealer and pat that all over your face.
then if u want to look tanner (not in tht picture) get some bronzer and put some (not TOO MUCH!!) on ur whoel face and neck.
then id get some mascara and swipe that over those lashes and then eyeliner on ur botom lid: all the way to your eye all around your eye.
on the top lid: jst get as close to u lashes as you can all around your eye.
