Kailee: What level will I start on when I go into competitive gymnastics?
I am 12 years old and is about to go into AGA competitve gymnastics. Im good at floor but have no experience with bar beam or vault. I understand it is thousands of dollars but don’t know which level to start on. ( When I 1t go in I wont be competitve due to lack of knowledge on some gymnastics.) I am in gymnastics (cheer/tumble) but want to go a step further! HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Most likely a level 3 if your already a strong tumbler. You’ll have the base needed to do bars, beam, and vault, just without the practice.
The gym will place you in the appropriate level based on your skills and abilities. You don’t get to decide this on your own. You probably won’t compete until next season (fall), so don’t worry about that. Spring season is half over in many areas.
If your just looking to do recreational gymnastics (no comp), there are no official levels. What you do is solely based on you and you coaches.
