Curiosity: What kind of career options are available for a newly graduated communication major?
I’m about to graduate with a communications degree. My current career paid the bills while I was in school, but I would really like to take this opportunity to get a new career. What kinds of jobs are available for communication majors? I would really like to use the skills I learned to help people instead of push paper. Any ideas?

I graduated with a comm degree and now I’m a funeral director. As far as career options without additional schooling, you could enter politics and write speeches for people, you could work in radio, print news, education, law or TV. Anymore, as long as you have a degree you can apply for a lot of different jobs. Congrats on graduating! Good Luck!
