What is the name of the mexican restaurant that makes fresh tortillas right in the dining room?

JRM: What is the name of the mexican restaurant that makes fresh tortillas right in the dining room?
It’s in Huntington Beach or maybe Fountain Valley. They handmade fresh corn tortillas in the dining room and served them as they came off the tortilla cooker. They were fabulous! I was telling a friend of mine about it but cannot remember the name of the restaurant. Does anyone know what restaurant I’m talking about?

I believe it is Chevy’s. It is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Cali and it is just like you described

If it’s a franchise it may have been Bandito’s.
