What is the most effective way to study for my AP exams?

.: What is the most effective way to study for my AP exams?
I need effective/good study tips because I am taking AP English, Biology, and U.S. History Exams.

Multiple Choice questions freak me out and I NEED to get a score of 5 or 4.

Do you have any advice?

Do little & often, don’t try to cram for hours on end ul bog ur brain up & retain nothing.

Rosemary essential oil is good to help focus mind as long as there are no reasons u cannot use it.. epilepsy for example. put a drop or two on a hanky.
