Is the chemistry subject exam basically the same as the ap chemistry exam?

jenaveggie: Is the chemistry subject exam basically the same as the ap chemistry exam?
I have already taken the AP chemistry exam and I’m planning on taking the subject exam. Can I use the Barron’s AP Chemistry prep book to prepare for the subject exam?

It’s basically an easier, hour long version of the multiple choice section of the AP test. I suggest at least doing some practice questions online through the college board because some questions have a slightly different format. If you struggle with them, then a subject test review book might be helpful.
