Angela: Why is breakfast so important before the Exams?
I never eat breakfast but because it’s exam week i’m starting to eat breakfast. My exams start tomorrow but i’m starting to get 2 days ago. What exactly are the reasons to eating breakfast before the exams EXAMS. I know something like you’ll have better memory or something. Also you can talk about the differences between a student not eating breakfast and eating breakfast before a exam.
You can also provide breakfast ideas that are great for exams?

well peoples minds tend to work better when they are not hungry and some good brecks are pancakes and eggs and crepes(very good with lemon and surgar topping)
Blood flow. It makes your body more efficient.
I’d suggest a protein rich breakfast. Peanut butter is always a winner. Sausage and bacon also work. Or, if you’re weird like me, any sort of leftovers from the night before. Remember to take into account your body’s reaction to foods though!

some good breakfast ideas are cereal, yogurt with granola, or you could make a smoothie with milk, fresh or frozen fruit, and/or fruit juice like orange juice, and mix it in a blender which is really good!!!!! hope this helps!

The best thing is to have a good breakfast that includes protein (which helps keep blood sugar stable for longer), and make sure you are well hydrated, because dehydration has a large negative effect too.
What you eat depends on what you like. Something like scrambled egg on toast would be good. A smoothie made with a cup of milk, cup of fruit (like blueberries, raspberries), and a half cup of yogurt would also be good.

The brain still needs oxygenated rich blood to function. A good breakfast to start soft scrambled eggs,bacon or ham,couple of mugs of coffee, and for dessert some chocolate. These food are supposed to stimulate the memory recall functions.Answer by kirky305
food and water give u energy and make sure u ava a laugh cause that makes u concentrate 20% more and if u 2% dehydrated u will lose 20% of ur concentrationAnswer by Lee
If you don’t normally eat breakfast, then you shouldn’t before exams because it will upset your body’s balance. Just walk with a snack in case you get hungry but you aren’t supposed to change your routine during and before exams.
