Here is a pretty good reference (see below).
As to your examples:
PCl5: trigonal bipyramidal;
SeO2: trigonal planar (with the lone pair on Se taking up one of the positions on the triangle);
ClF5: octahedral (it looks square pyramidal — see link below — note this is not one of your choices! The lone pair on Cl takes up one of the apices of the octahedron).
