What is the difference between Russian classical ballet, American, and other styles?

Kerry K: What is the difference between Russian classical ballet, American, and other styles?
I learn ballet the Russian classical way, but what are the differences between all of these styles?

the main difference between the styles of ballet are the positions. FOr example in the russian ballet teqnique the second arabesque is different that that in the French teqnique also such things as french fourth do not exist in rusian technique

In Russian classical ballet some of the movements are a little different. Also, the ballet stories like Swan Lake may have a different ending than the American one.
