What is the difference between a federal taxation class and a corporate taxation class?

Dirk D: What is the difference between a federal taxation class and a corporate taxation class?
I’m a graduate student and federal taxation is a prerequisite to corporate taxation. But, due to a snafu at the registrar, they inadvertantly registered me for both. This actually works our really well for me, but I just want to be sure I can manage taking them concurrently. Specifically, if there’s any need to know info from fed tax that I’d be lacking in corp tax. Thanks!

If you are an A student and willing to work like a dog it should be fine. If you don’t want to take a chance, do it the way is suggested. It is terribly expensive to take classes these days, so taking both is a little iffy.
