Regardless of his personal expertise, he has surrounded himself with the leading scholars on economic principles in the nation. Pretty smart if you ask me and definitely better than just letting Cheney make all the decisions.

No personal knowledge… obviously.

And if it is based, as alleged, on advice from “experts”, then those “experts” might not be so expert after all.

I haven’t yet seen a single analysis from a single respected economist who claims that the “stimulus” and all the increased spending are based on proven economic actions that bring about economic recovery.
