: What is a good hockey stick and pair of skates for high school hockey?
I am looking for a good, lightweight but strong hockey stick that is cheap, like around 50 dollars, and a good pair of skates. I want to start skating again and try out for a team next year.

You contradicted yourself. Good, lightweight stick for $ 50? Lemme know if you find one, I have played for 17 years and have yet to find one of those.
Wood sticks cost like $ 30. Get used to wood. They’re heavy, but better than cheap composites by far

For skates, go with the bottom Bauer flexlites. They are actually pretty good skates

a good skate is ether 7 k or 11k im 15 and using the 7k pump and i love it there amazing look for reebok 7k or 11k pump skates there the best
