Amber: What are some good solo rugby drills or exercises for a forward, mainly a prop?
We are starting our fall season of rugby. Because of school, I am missing quite a few practices (I’m in college). Any ideas for things I can do to keep rugby fit would be appreciated.

Rugby fit? Not sure dat exists but just do whatever fitness drills ur team did, just by yourself.
If you want to keep your stamina up, then simple things like going for runs or cycling are good. Being a prop you will want to have strong neck and shoulders, and i know there are some basic dumbell exercises that can help you build your strength in these areas ๐ also do stuff like squats and stuff at the gym if you can; keep your legs strong especially your quads for the power! just keep loose, strong and especially keep your stamina up for all the rucks!! ๐ ๐
