J123: How to practice tennis without being on a court?
I want to improve my form for high school tryouts, but I can only find time to go to the courts about 2 times a week. Would just going through the motions without using a tennis ball be beneficial to me? Thanks, I would appreciate any suggestions.

Wii Tennis on Wii Sports.
Good tennis is mostly about timing and footwork. You really need a court. But if you cannot do that, then hit against a wall.
Without actually hitting, the best you can do is conditioning exercises. A Wii or stuff like that will only teach you bad timing.
