▐▀▀▀▀▀▌ ▌ air ▐ ▐▄▄▄▄▄▌: what happens if the scammer doesnt have anymore money in his paypal account can i still get my money back?
I filed a unauthorized paypal payment of 350$
if the scammer spent the money, how else would i get the money back and what if he didnt put his bank or credit card info on that account ? how else would i get the money back? and how long does a unauthorized payment process last?

you can’t get it back from the scammer. You can get it back from your homeowner’s insurance policy.
IIRC:
Paypal will make a reasonable effort to recover your money, but wont refund out of its own pocket. IF you file a fraud claim, and the “seller” is gone and the accounts are empty, you eat the loss.
Payapal will send a “sorry, we cant get the bucks back” message. Most scammers are using hijacked or false Paypal accounts. you’ll never find the actual person.
