We will go through with them the procedure that is used in a normal conversion. Namely the acceptance of the torah and and abide by it’s precepts. So no, they would not be treated any differently than say a Canadian or Australian in this regards. With saying that, they may be the victim of the wrath of their former family and comrades, who do not look positively to conversion, especially to Judaism.
The Palestinians who live in Israel are already Israeli citizens. If an Israeli Muslim (I assume that’s what you meant) wanted to convert to Judaism I imagine the only problems that would arise would be with that individual’s family.
If a West Bank or Gaza Palestinian wanted to convert to Judaism it would be impossible, as the only Jews who enter their territories (and make it out alive) enter with Uzis, in armored vehicles. No rabbis.
Finally, people are only allowed to convert to Judaism if they truly desire to be a Jew, not just to live in Israel.
Answer by Miz TAnyone can convert to Judaism. Not everyone can be a descendant of Abraham and Isaac.
The occupants of “Palestine” have traditionally been the descendants of Abraham, whether Christian, Jewish, or Muslim. Thus, the “Palestinians” who are descendants of Abraham have the Biblical claim on the West Bank regardless of their religion; a convert to Judaism can change religions but not ancestors.
Citizenship has nothing to do with religion, except in countries with a state religion, where one’s chosen religion does not matter anyway.
