What expectations do college students have of a college or university?

Amber: What expectations do college students have of a college or university?
I am writing an essay for english 111. The route I am taking for the body of the paper is if students attending a community college should have the same expectations as a student aattending a 4 year university? Also, do you think teachers at a community college should take their job just as seriously (work load, teaching methods, etc) as a professor at university?
