boredallthetimeandhatingit: What does “withdraw funds to a credit card” mean?
I’m from the Philippines and I use PayPal and AlertPay.
I want to withdraw my funds to a Metrobank credit card. This may sound dumb.. but when the funds get credited to my credit card, will I be able to withdraw it? Or will it be used to pay for my credit card bill? Will I be able to withdraw it all? I want the money, I don’t want it to be used to pay off my bills cause I barely use the credit card.
Thanks.

It will be credited to your charge card and you will not be able to get cash directly. You can get a cash advance form the credit card but it will cost you dearly like 3-7% of the amount withdrawn.
If you owe the credit card issuer, ANY and ALL funds received by the card issuer for your account will be applied to the amount you owe. This is true regardless of who issued the card, or the source of the funds.
