Ebn Phillips: What does the Bible say about the different races and cultures?
I lived in Arkansas, and people thought the Bible said black people were evil because they had a curse of Ham or something like that because some guy named Ham in the bible saw his dad naked or something and they were called Hamites or something. What does the bible say about race in you religion, and in your opinion? Also, some crazies in the south think the bible justified slavery.

“Do not cast pearls before swine.” comes to mind. Above all, maintain a superior attitude when dealing with lesser cultures than your own. Know that God will punish them all for their disbelief.
“I lived in Arkansas, and people thought the Bible said black people were evil…”
You heard wrong. Actually, the Bible says we all are brothers and sisters, because we all are descended from Noah.
If the black people really were evil or inferior, why would David, Israel’s greatest king, marry a black woman, and why would Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, be that black woman’s son?
To my knowledge, the Bible does not speak for or against any particular culture or race. There are passages in the Old Testament that talks about people of other areas…but if you consider that all of us stem from the same root…I doubt if anyone can actually make a provable case based on that stuff. It is more likely (in my opinion) that the conflict was man made…not God made. God loves all his creations.Answer by Brandon
The Bible mentions different cultures when the tower of Babel was built. God made all the people speak different languages so they couldn’t cooperate, then he spread them all across the world.
