What does “at which time mean”?

I applied for a job a few weeks ago and Monday (of this week) I sent a follow up letter, on the same day, I got a reply from them saying I should resend them my resume and “at which time i will be contacted for an interview”.

Does this mean that they will DEFINATELY hear from them? I really want this job. Is it ok for me to send ANOTHER email asking what the status is?

Send them another resume and say something to the effect of “looking forward to speaking with you about this opportunity.” If you don’t hear back from them in another week, I would send another follow-up email.

If you send another e-mail asking what your status is they’ll either think you didn’t get the message telling you to send an updated resume or they’ll think you’re too thick for the position.

The phrase “at which time” is a bit stilted. Here’s a better way to say the same thing — but DON’T correct them: “Please send me an updated resume. I’ll then contact you to schedule an interview.”

Presumably, it means they’ll contact you when they receive your updated resume. Will you definitely hear from them? No. It could be just a polite turn of phrase. Send another email a day or two after you send the updated resume, if you haven’t heard from them yet. Don’t nag; just show that you’re still interested.

As an aside – and please don’t be offended – if you’re looking for employment as a copywriter (as I’m guessing from your username) please be sure you know how to spell words like “definitely”!
