Where I am from people call others “love” all the time and it does not mean they are flirting, lol! It is just a nice friendly title to give someone to show them that you are kind and friendly, it does not necessarily mean they like you. Is she from a different country than you? Different cultures have different ways of referring to people.

It is a term of endearment. I call my close friends and family love. It means that there is some form of feeling there and she cares about you deeply. Just remember depending on the girl it could mean something different. If she calls a lot of people love then she is using it the same way I do. If she is only calling you that then she thinks you are special.
