I don’t want to sound dumb and say “Happy New Year to you too”. What do you usually say and what would be the appropriate thing to say back to a guy who you like?

Happy New Year really 🙂 give them a kiss and ask them what their plans are for the new year. There’s not too many different phrases to reply to that so just make a conversation
