Amanda M: What do you say to the question in an interview “What challenges do you think you will face at this job?”
I’m sixteen years old and I have a group interview with Banana Republic tomorrow. I’ve never had a job before and this girl said that she recently went to a group interview there last week because they are looking for a lot of people and she said that one of the questions they asked was “What challenges do you think you will face at this job?” and I just want advice on what to say because I really don’t want to say the wrong thing.

think about it… what do you think will be difficult for you? don’t try to answer with what you think they want to hear– answer truthfully and honestly. your future supervisor will be able to tell and appreciate you more because of it.
