Wisen Smart: What crime would you impose the death penalty to?
As opposed as I am to the death sentence, the only crime I still believe should be given the death sentence is the killing of a child. How about you?

I wouldn’t be surprised if some people have murdered just to get in prison because it is actually better than their crappy life beforehand.

What I will say is that if there is no death, then the death penalty should be taken off the table. Otherwise, the person will be thinking that they might as well kill the victim. The penalty will be the same and they will be eliminating a primary witness.

pretty much what we have now, serial killers and people that ruined others lives and we can’t really fix, they are just kinda crazy so we mine as well kill them

I think that we should use firing squads, I don’t knwo how it could possibly be painful if they shot the person in the head, they would be dead instantly, why must they make it so complicated?
