I am planning on majoring in communication design and minoring in photography and I am curious of the different career choices or internship opportunities that are available.

Well you can go for journalism, or photographer in fashion designing, photojournalist, you have really good degree, lots of opportunities you will get for internship, i prefer you to go for journalism.
