: What are all the careers in otolaryngology, related to hearing?
I always say I want to be an audiologist, but now that I am really starting to think about colleges, I want to know exactly what careers have to do with what I am interested in. To keep it simple, I basically want to work with deaf children. What all careers would allow me to do so?

An otolarynologist is an ear, nose & throat doctor/surgeon or a head & neck surgeon. The career related to this would be as a practicing physician or as an educator.
If you want to work with deaf children as a physician, you can do a pediatric ENT fellowship or subspeciality training and then pursue a career in dealing with deaf children and the medical problems associated with them.
