Name N: What can be the “Second job interview” for my case?
I had a face to face interview with a manager almost 2 weeks ago. The first interview I was late but it was ok. The guy seemed to be willing to hire me and he didn’t mention about other candidates. After that they sent me a personality test and an email saying: “When you complete the questionnaire, we will return to you with a time for 2nd interview.” Now it has been 13 days and i still didn’t receive any email from them. Do you think there are other applicants or do you think they will reply me? Any experience abut “second interview” thing?

You should follow up with the person who interviewed you by email. Express your continued interest in the position and ask whether a decision has been made regarding a second interview.
If you hear nothing back, that means they may have considered a different applicant, but at least you can have peace of mind.
Follow up. Definately! That may be the plan to see how bad you want the job. Go get em’ Tiger! RRRAAAHHHRRR!
